Bramore Homes LLC was founded in 2015 by two friends who have more than 40 years of real estate and construction experience combined. Affordable housing became the primary focus in 2015 as they began to concentrate on slab foundations, zero entry properties, and high efficient homes. We look forward to the project in Strum and hope to create 10 wonderful homes for our newest residents.

This project was a 52 unit residential development that was stagnant from poorly platted lots, high maintenance costs and material restrictions. One partner assisted in platting the development and Bramore completed 6 homes. The project is doing very well in 2017.
